From banking to military to nonprofit to education, these stories are a perfect illustration of Formstack’s versatility. Check them out below to discover the power of online forms.

Fidelity Bank

Fidelity Bank + Formstack

Fidelity Bank is a full-service bank with over 60 retail branches across metro Atlanta and Florida. To keep operations—such as loan origination, help desk management, and employee administration—running smoothly, the bank uses Salesforce. To streamline Salesforce workflows, Fidelity turned to Formstack’s native Salesforce app.

Using Formstack, Lead Salesforce Developer Vincent Bartoloma created two solutions: an internal help desk feedback form to improve help desk performance and an account referral form for better referral tracking. The feedback form has helped Fidelity seamlessly collect over 500 help desk survey responses, and the referral tracking form has expedited the processing of five account referrals per day. Georgia National Guard

MFSB Georgia National Guard + Formstack

The Military Family Support Branch (MFSB) of the Georgia National Guard supports Service Members, Families, and Veterans through community, state, and federal programs. A crucial part of providing these services is the ability to collect and manage comprehensive, accurate data. For a while, the MFSB used Adobe FormsCentral for its online data collection needs. But when Adobe retired its online form builder in 2015, the MFSB turned to Formstack.

Now, the branch uses Formstack to streamline general data records, requests for employment assistance, internal time-off requests, marketing service requests, and more. With Formstack, the Military Family Support Branch has efficiently processed 5,000 data records in support of 14,000 dispersed Service Members and Families. Read the full story here.

LoveYourBrain Foundation

LoveYourBrain + Formstack

The LoveYourBrain Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports people affected by traumatic brain injury. The flagship program for the foundation is the LoveYourBrain Yoga program—a free, six-week series of FUNdamentals courses. The courses are offered at more than 30 partner studios across North America (and growing), and applicants must be screened for eligibility. To simplify the complex course registration process and reduce manual work, LoveYourBrain turned to Formstack and Salesforce.

Using Formstack’s native Salesforce app to automate much of the registration process, LoveYourBrain freed up time to focus on growth. With an efficient registration process, the foundation was able to increase the number of programs offered by 140% quarter over quarter and expand its reach by 144% year over year with 13 new locations. University of Michigan

University of Michigan case study

The University of Michigan (U-M) is a public, postsecondary institution with nearly 45,000 undergraduate and graduate students enrolled. To give all students the opportunity to have a family member attend their graduation ceremony, the Office of University and Development Events allows international students to request a formal letter of invitation, which assists guests who have to apply for a visitor visa to attend commencement.

To fully automate the processing of over 5,000 visa letters every year, U-M turned to Formstack and WebMerge. With Formstack’s intuitive online form builder connected to WebMerge’s document creation tool, the events office created a fully automated process that has saved hundreds of hours or staff time and reduced the letter turnaround time by up to four weeks.
